Craig Guidry
Craig has 18 years of search experience exclusively focused in HR. He spent the first 12 years with The Jacob Group, a multi-practice search firm located in Dallas. For 10 of those years he headed up the HR Practice, managing a team of Account Executives and Recruiters. He built strong relationships with top HR companies such as Honeywell, Shell Oil and Ingersoll-Rand. In 2009 Craig left The Jacob Group to open his own search firm, Guidry & Associates. G&A was founded with the mission to help progressive companies recruit, hire and retain top HR talent.
Craig graduated from LSU with a degree in Marketing. He is lives in Carrollton, TX with his wife and two sons.
Chudar Schlehuber
Chudar has more than 5 years of search experience specializing in Human Resources. Her primary focus is on candidate sourcing and assessment. Chudar’s early career was spent as an HR professional with AlliedSignal/Honeywell and Capital One before shifting focus to Human Resources recruiting. Chudar spends the majority of her time on the candidate side developing a qualified talent pool for search assignments.
Chudar graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She then completed a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Purdue University prior to starting her HR career. Chudar resides in Dallas, TX with her husband and two sons.
